Monitoring — The first circuit has been repaired. we are waiting for confirmation from the second team. Current ETA is 23.30 CEST. Services are now operating normally and we are removing the degradation label.

Identified — the team has succesfully rerouted most of the critical services. IP Performance remains degraded. Meanwhile reparation of the first circuit has started ETA bu 21:00 CEST

Identified — the second circuit segment was identified near Rome. Another team is on the way. we should have an ETA soon. Our IP enginering is working on possible rerouting

Investigating — Double fiber cut is affecting 2x100G circuits is heavly impacting our italian backbone. We are wainting for notices from the field in order to provide more details and resolution time.
